Fiona Pearman works with senior leaders in organisations, facilitating an integrated approach to brand and culture. Clients appreciate Fiona’s pragmatic approach to organisational change and cultural transformation projects. 

Using the lens of ‘what best serves the brand?’ both internally and externally, the projects are grounded in a strong commercial reality. Fiona’s approach is based on a ‘whole system’ perspective; that all of the elements within the organisation are interdependent and there are often unseen or unknown aspects that are an important to the overall functioning of the organisation.

Experience

In her corporate career, Fiona held senior roles in sales, marketing and brand strategy /management. Her strategic consulting, culture development, customer insights, mentoring and facilitating skills are well regarded; she brings a combination of sensitivity and commercial nous to each assignment.

As a strategic management consultant and brand strategy expert, Fiona works with clients to better access the strengths and talents of the people within the organisation. Fiona focuses on three principles when working with clients

Exploration- What elements in the system do we need to understand to enable the strategy to be implemented? What internal and external conversations will draw out the business intelligence we currently cannot see or are unaware of?

Integration – To achieve the organisation’s strategic intent, cultural transformation and / or organisational change is often required. An integrated approach from a brand and culture perspective delivers across both the people and commercial aspects of the business.

 

Partnership – Fiona works closely with clients, listening, facilitating and sharing. Her warm, grounded approach quickly builds rapport and trust and Fiona is recognised for her ability to draw out the best from individuals and teams, empowering them to unlock potential and act in alignment with the organisation’s purpose.

 

Highly adept at ‘reading the room’ and gauging how best to position programs and projects to quickly gain traction, Fiona enjoys working with senior teams, individual executives and staff at all levels. As a facilitator, mentor and business consultant Fiona is willing to have the tough conversations that support the organisation to achieve its strategic goals.

Fiona has worked with a broad range of organisations including Toyota Australia, Commonwealth Bank, RSPCA, Woods Bagot, Volvo Car Australia, the NSW Department of Commerce, APP (subsidiary of Transfield), Unifam, Centre for Corporate Health, Lexus of Blackburn and UnitingCare.

 

Qualifications

Fiona has a Masters of Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from the University or Western Australia. She is an accredited facilitator of The Leadership Circle and Open Up Communication.

Fiona has participated in many personal and professional development courses and has an active interest in systems dynamics and systemic constellation work and the way in which this can be applied to brand and culture initiatives within organisations.
