Jennifer Cayer has more than 25 years of corporate experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development. She embodies a winning combination of experience, excellence, and know-how, and has a track record of impressive accomplishments in enhancing effective organizational, executive and employee performance to meet company objectives and improve the bottom line.
Jennifer has worked with companies of all sizes, domestic and international, creatively integrating and applying the assets of broad experience, in-depth knowledge and a genuine caring for people. She demonstrates the qualities of success that inspire senior executives and managers alike to higher levels of performance—especially in the areas of intra/interpersonal productivity and customer-focused operations. Her greatest areas of contribution range from one-to-one executive coaching and facilitating seminars in amplifying leadership and management skills, to the design and implementation of effective organizational systems and catalyzing productive cross-functional alliances. Her work is focused on “the human side of success,” with experience in a variety of industries including computer software, computer hardware, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing, real estate, brokerage and insurance.
Jennifer holds a Masters Degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Santa Monica in California, and a Bachelors Degree from Ripon College in Wisconsin. She is certified in several leadership development tools including The Leadership Circle (TLC) 360 assessment tool. She has written numerous articles for professional publications and is affiliated with a number of professional associations, including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Organizational Development Network (ODN), American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the New England Human Resources Association (NEHRA).
