Adelle Richards is Acumen’s Operations Director and works to ensure that the business, its founders, associates and team members are working as cohesively and effectively as possible, to ensure the very best experience for all Acumen clients and stakeholders.

Experience

Adelle has a unique blend of experience which is built upon a strong business foundation as a chartered accountant, working with the Big 4 providing all-round tax and accounting advice to a range of enterprises and industries. She left professional services in 2008, to enter the dynamic world of leadership development.

Adelle was one of the founding partners of Leadership Circle (LC) Asia Pacific (a region of a global leadership development company, working with large corporations around the world), and applied her business knowledge and experience to be instrumental in its growth across Australia, the Asia Pacific and to other key global regions.

Adelle held the role of Managing Director LC APAC Community, Certification and Product from late 2019, and since 2015 she was a member of the Global Executive Team.

Her strengths include translating strategic vision into actionable results, strategic project management, understanding operational and financial intricacies, holding the systemic view, and fostering empowered communities through strong partnerships.
