Emilie Perrot is an international executive & non-executive leader in organisational change, leadership development and business transformation, Emilie partners with managing directors and their teams to build a more inclusive, adaptive and high-performing future of work. 

She provides her clients with impactful strategic advisory services, individual or group coaching & change programs. She’s supported over 600 leaders and employees, supporting organisations like Siemens Mobility, SMEC, Engie, and the Department of Transport in driving engagement & collaboration through systemic cultural change. 

 

Emilie is an Immunity To Change and a Leadership Circle practitioner passionate about adult learning. She is a lecturer at The School of Engineering at Melbourne University, developing and delivering executive education programs focusing on leadership development.

Experience

Before creating her own business in 2018, Emilie had a successful 15+ years of experience in strategic and operational leadership roles in multicultural environments, leading teams in Australia, the UK, France, Switzerland, Belgium & Spain. 

 

Having led large teams of 250+ employees and completed $150-million complex transformation programs impacting up to 22,000 employees, she supported the growth of major public & private transport organisations such as Yarra Trams, Metro Trains Melbourne and Eurostar.

Qualifications

Emilie has a Master’s Degree in Commerce. Former Board member of the Public Transport Ombudsman Board, she is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is a member of the Board of WIRE, a Not For Profit Organisation that aspires for a just and inclusive society.
