Hazel is the Founder and Managing Director of Courage2Lead, a boutique executive development practice supporting leaders who want to shape the future, today.
Her approach is warm, transformational and pragmatic, supporting you to embrace challenge, whilst building your capability and courage to inspire and lead positive change.
She is regularly invited as a Leadership Educator and Programme Orchestrator for Duke Corporate Education, The Institute of Leadership & Management and Emeritus Executive Education.
Experience
Previously, Hazel worked for 25 years in HR Business Partnership and Change Leadership with British Gas and GlaxoSmithKline, where she held HR Director roles for the UK and Belgium/Luxembourg affiliates and the role of HR VP for the Global Vaccines Supply Chain, based out of Brussels. She has worked extensively across Europe, North America and Asia, and has lived in France and Belgium as well as the UK, her home country. She is bi-lingual in English and French, works with diverse clients across cultures, and is looking forward to travelling again soon!
Qualifications
Hazel holds a BA in English and Linguistics from Nottingham University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from the University of the West of England. She is Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) of the International Coaching Federation.
She is an experienced practitioner and facilitator of systemic constellations and somatic coaching and certified in MBTI, Prophet profiling, The Leadership Climate Indicator and The Leadership Circle.
