Naomi Abbott has over 18 years coaching and consulting experience working with leaders and teams in the Financial Services, Professional Services, Airlines, Property, Hospitality, Education, Government and Not for Profit sectors. Through her business, Conscious Presence, she is transforming the way people lead, collaborate, navigate change, and embrace innovation by enhancing their communication impact and activating trust at work.

Experience

Naomi started her career working in finance roles in various commercial contexts before she heeded an almost lifelong call to help people to thrive in their professional lives. She initially focused on assisting people to create satisfying careers and subsequently specialised in conscious leadership development and executive coaching, with a niche focus on interpersonal communication to grow the conversational leadership of those she works with.

Naomi has also created and facilitated numerous group programs related to conversational leadership, collaboration, culture change, stakeholder relationships, change leadership, executive presence and career management. In all of these programs she has incorporated her flair for assisting people to connect with their aspirations in areas such as leadership style, culture or organisational strategy, and has aligned these aspirations with insights from neuroscience and practical frameworks to enable effective implementation.

Prior to establishing Conscious Presence, Naomi led a start-up practice within an Australian career development professional services firm, expanding the firm’s services and brand recognition amongst their clients.

Naomi is known for possessing corporate credibility whilst subtly engaging with clients in a holistic way that fosters alignment between head, heart and “gut”.

Qualifications

Naomi‘s qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology and Economics) and Diplomas in Counselling and Transformational Coaching. She is also a Certified Conversational Intelligence® Coach and has achieved certification to deliver Leadership Circle’s Collective Leadership Assessment and Leadership Circle Profile.
