Phil Drouillard, is a senior consultant with Acumen Global Partners, he has over 20 years consulting experience. He has experience working with all levels in global fortune 500 companies. Phil likes the spectrum of working one on one with Senior leaders, large teams or even large scale organizational interventions. A master executive coach, experienced designer of executive educational programs and large scale change architect.

Experience

Phil’s passion for this work began when he was first exposed to psychology during his university days and continues today. His early counselling practice was not enough keep him challenged so he went back to business school to leverage his interest in business.. Phil moved from a corporate role at Campbell Soup Company with Global Human Resource responsibility into consulting and has held leadership roles at two Global International Consulting firms before aligning with Acumen.

A few projects that Phil has recently completed are as follows: assessment of the eco-learning system and the establishment of a learning road map for a large financial organization, CFO onboarding and team alignment facilitation for a global mining company, organizational redesign of a global research and development team, Culture and engagement survey and recommendations for a casino, redesign of a performance management system for a consumer package goods company, and the refresh of organizational values to align with a new ownership structure.

Phil brings clients both his business consulting experience and his psychology background to help them navigate today’s rapidly shifting landscape in a way that is authentic and practical.

Qualifications

Phil holds a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, a Master’s of Organization Development degree from The University of Western Ontario, a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) degree from York University and an Honors diploma in Hospitality. Since 2005 he has been an adjunct faculty member at Duke University designing and participating in their corporate education programs for Directors and Vice Presidents.

Phil is an active member of the Human Resources Planning Society of Ontario. He is also a Certified Human Resource Professional (C.H.R.P.)
