Andrea Munro designs and facilitates experiences and programs that enable change at all levels of organisations- individual, team, business unit and organisation. For over 15 years she has supported leaders, teams and talent agendas in large, complex organisations across the professional services, financial services, health and telco sectors.
Experience
Andrea has held roles including Telstra’s Head of Coaching, Coach to key Executive talent, and People Leader in the Organisational Development domain.
She has led teams in agile and traditional ways of working and has navigated significant organisational change, led the strategy and design for Telstra’s company-wide Executive Succession Planning and created a new suite of Executive development offerings, to support Executive talent readiness.
Programs and experiences target at scale cultural shift, high performing teams going from good to great to those overcoming challenging dynamics, bespoke capability development for teams up to C-suite, groups engaged on a common problem, to those on executive talent programs.

Expertise
Andrea’s leadership and organisational change philosophy is informed by a successful corporate career and education in psychology, organisational coaching, systemic change and adult development. Andrea is based in Melbourne, Australia and works both in-person and virtually.

Qualifications
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Melbourne University and trained in Organisational Coaching at Swinburne University.
She is accredited in the Leadership Circle Profile and Hogan Leadership assessment and is a member of the Association for Coaching (AC) and International Coaching Federation (ICF).
